If you have forgotten your password, simply click on ‘Forgot password ’ and you will be redirected to an email where you can reset your password.

How do I change my personal details or shipping address?

Log on to our website and click on ‘My Account’ to change your personal details or shipping address.

What are the modes of payment available to me?

You may opt to pay using Credit card , Debit card, and UPI. If you are facing any difficulty in completing your transaction, do reach out to us!

How Will I Know If You Have Received My Order?

During the payment process you will be given a confirmation that your credit card has been successfully processed. You will also be given an order confirmation number through an email or through WhatsApp (where opted) from nylaa ATTIRE.

How Do I Check My Order Status?

You can view your order status at any time once you have placed your order, through My Orders options after logging in to your nylaa ATTIRE account on nylaaattire.com website. We try to dispatch all the orders from our warehouse within two working days.

Is It Safe To Use My Credit Card Online At nylaaattire.com?

We do not store credit card information on our website. Your credit card information is safe with our payment solution providers – Razor Pay.

What If An Item Is Out Of Stock?

We make every effort to keep all products in stock. However, there may be times when unexpected demands exceed our supply. we will notify you through mail when an out of stock item becomes available which would allow you to place a new order for this product.

Do You Ship to My Country?

We ship worldwide.

How much will I be charged for Shipping?

Shipping cost is calibrated based on the volumetric weight and pin code or the zip code of your shipping address. Upon selection of the items, the shipping costs would show separately. For international orders, an additional Remote Area Surcharge (RAS) may be levied if the shipping address is defined by the carrier as a remote area.

When will I receive my order?

An estimated delivery time for each product is mentioned on every product page. Please check the delivery time period while you proceed to checkout, as each product varies. We are not responsible for delays caused by destination custom clearances. However, once you have placed your order, we can give you information on the tracking of your items by simply clicking on ‘Track my orders’ on the ‘My Account page’. You will be able to view the date your item is in process to the date of shipment to the date of your item being in the process of delivery.

When will I be charged?

If you pay by credit or debit cards, you will be charged immediately after your order is placed successfully

Can I ship different items in my order to different shipping addresses?

We can only process one shipping address per order. So, if you would like to order several items and ship to different people, please treat these as separate orders

In Case The Delivery Destination Is Outside India Will I Be Charged duties / levies?

Please refer to Duties and taxes section under Delivery and Shipping for more information on taxes and duties.

I have returned an item. When will I see the credit in my refund?

Once you have returned an item, nylaa ATTIRE will be running through an inspection of the garment. If there has been any kind of damage or stained, we will not be able to accept the return .However, if the garment is damage free, we will provide you with the amount paid for the garment.

When Will My Credit Card Be Charged?

Your credit card will be charged at the time of placing your order through our secured payment gateway. (an online real-time authorization is done through the Payment Gateway)

Can I Change My Billing Address?

In order for us to successfully process your credit card, you must provide the billing address which is used for your credit card.

Returns & Exchange Related Questions

How do I return products purchased online at nylaa ATTIRE ?

Our specially-trained team performs quality checks on your items before they are shipped. This is to ensure that no defective items are sent to you. However, if you do receive a defective/damaged product, we are happy to accept returns/exchanges.

Please write to customercare@nylaaattire.com clearly mentioning why you’d like to return/exchange your item. Please ensure that the product is in its original packaging, and the price tags are intact. Returns will be accepted within 10 days from the date you receive the product. nylaa ATTIRE will not refund the onward and return courier charges.

Given the nature of our products, we reserve the sole discretion to provide the resolution to any situation as we deem fit. Each return or exchange request is handled on a case-by case-basis and we request you to get in touch with our team for prompt resolution.

When will I get my refund money?

The refund will happen in 15 working days. There will be some amount that will be deducted at the time of refund. Please check the refund policy for the deduction charges
